There is always the double-stick tape option, as suggested by others here. But if that's a little awkward and uncomfortable for you, you could always just secure a tiny little bit of the fabric on the back of the dress to your bra clasps. But if all else fails, taking it in so that it's just a tiny bit too narrow in the chest could work wonders.

Hollywood Fashion Tape--sounds ridiculous, but it works quite well. They have tape or adhesives for just about any clothing "problem" you can imagine.

Speaking from a seamstress point of view, as long as the dress fits at the waist, the dress wont fall down. If it is the bust that is loose, then you need to have it either taken in or buy some "stickie tape". It is was developed to hold cemo patients wigs on without having an allergic reaction. You can get it at Walmart and most bridal shops carry it.

If you have purchased a special bra for the dress, have a seamstress sew the bra to the dress. This should be enough to not have to tape it. If this is not an otion (breast size, no bra...) you will have to use the tape.

I usually just pin it to my bra... But last week I pinned in with normal pins and scratched all my arm really badly! It looked like I'd been injected myself! But if you use safety pins you should be fine:)

you can use spray glue, but only if you want to keep it on for a few years

wear a bra that ends on your waist or close to it. it'll keep everything just in the right place. If you feel a little insecure still, add some tape to the place where you think is the most dangerous.

Sorry, you can't. Apart from a padded bra, there is nothing you can do. If you can take it back, go and try on the smaller size.
