When you unexpectedly find a wart on your body, do you try and pull it off with your fingernails?

nope it'll just come back i had this one wart for like 3 yrs but then it kinda just died you'll prob be better off using those band aid things or getting it frozen off

It will either come back or get infected. Plus it hurts really bad! I use the doctor sholes freeze stuff. It works!

Once I tried to burn one off with a lit cigarette. Hurt like hell, but did virtually nothing. You have to get it frozen, burned, or excised by a dermatologist. Warts are caused by HPV virus which infiltrates your own skin cells with its DNA. Your body can't tell the difference between your natural skin cells, and the new hybrid skin/virus cells, so the wart can only be destroyed if you remove all the cells, or else they'll just replicate the virus cells over again. I learned some pretty interesting and horrifying stuff about warts from my dermatologist.

Yeah, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If it was really big, I would see the doctor to get it frozen off.

i tried to do that once but it didn't work, then i had happend to trip and my wart go freakin chopped off by a rock. since then i have had no problem.
