I've seen some funny ones at sites like bash.org. Funniest one lately I've heard about was one where a bunch of lesbians were in this transgendered support chat room. There was a male->female transsexual discussing the transition, and she was saying that she was having difficulty making the transition, hadn't had the surgery yet, etc. She expressed a concern that her male parts were just wrong in some way, and this provoked the lesbians to ask why. She then shared her webcam and basically wagged "her" penis at them. The lesbians were still expressing concern, I don't think they realized that they'd been had. No offense intended to anyone going through the process of transforming themselves into the other gender, but this was just hilarious!!
