Swimming, i am not sure of. flying is a definite no.

I have observed chickens to swim, however, it was very ungraceful, and due to the lack of oil on their feathers, they would likely get waterlogged and drown rather easily. (oh, and some varieties of chickens and turkeys are capably of flying, although sustaining flight for more than a minute or so is not common- their ancestors flew into trees to roost in the evening and flew to escape predators)

Only in water.
-
No. They can flounder around in the water, and if they are lucky, manage to get out, before their feathers become waterlogged and they drown. But they cannot actually swim.
-
No. They usually tip over and drown.

From the book The Wild Turkey: Biology and Management - Brood hens encourage their young to fly first at 8-10 days old. Flying enables turkeys to escape danger, roost in trees, and simply change locations rapidly. Although it is not normal behavior, Turkeys can swim.
