I recently watched Monster staring Charlize Theron. Did anyone else think she did a fantastic job? I really felt I was looking into a killer's life.

I don't think she deserved an oscar for it. I really don't think she was that good. Too melodramatic.

The story was true and I thought she did an amazing job. I had letter contact with Aileen Wournos before they executed her. I know one of the answer said they thought it was melodramatic but it was a fairly accurate portrayal of the truth. Her life was dramatic and sad very sad. For me it seemed that Charlize Theron became Aileen Wournos.

Yes,I thought she was excellent! Not too many people may know this,but Jean smart also played the part of Aileen Wournos in a made for tv movie. All though Jean did a good job too. I thought that Charlize was more convincing and more into the character. She was very believable.
