Unlike the French language which has L'Académie française to dictate rules and regulations regarding vocabulary, English is a more democratic language allowed to evolve and live in a natural state. Therefore there is no official list of profanity in English. Profanity evolves and is used naturally and over time it may or may not disappear from the vernacular. There is no "official" in the English language. Even the rules of grammar evolve and shift over time and there is no body such as L'Académie française to wag its erudite finger at us.
