I heard there was only one tree in Nebraska because it was so bleak and windy. Is it yours?

LOL well my friend...Nebraska is the state that started ARBOR DAY, a day to celebrate planting trees. So there is more than one tree there. :)

We have 6 in our yard and need 2 cut down because they have gotten so big. Could use a hand with this or some financing. We have Arbor day (started here) to celebrate planting trees on the plains. We have lots of trees since the modern era begun. Parraie fires used to burn the trees that did take root. These were started by lightening and by the Native Americans to allow the new grass to grow and attract the buffalo herds.

I'm from Nebraska and I have 10 trees in my yard alone!! Nebraska started Arbor Day and Nebraska City is the headquarters for the national Arbor Day foundation!! Nebraska has more trees than than over half of the states I've been to, and I've been to over half of the states in the U.S! As you can see Nebraska doesn't have the most trees, but we sure care the most about our trees!! :)
