One is natural an done is made made. One is solid through and through and one is just a coating. One is really really heavy and one is rather light. One will last your lifetime or longer and one will get scratched and not last long. One you can use any utensils you want and the other you have to be careful not to scratch it sometimes. One is very non stick if you take care of it and easy to clean. And the other one is non stick but over time gets worse and worse.

Technically not sure, but I don't really know in what sense you are meaning. Teflon is what they put in the skillets, pans, etc. Cast Iron is a type of material used to make pots and pans. Always use plastic utensils of teflon or it will scratch it up and you are not supposed to eat it. Cast iron (if you take care of it correctly will almost last forever) :)
