    The devil went down to Georgia
    Looking for a soul to steal
    He was in a bind 'cause he was way behind
    And he was willing to make a deal.

    In my opinion, he would have done much better going to Washington (D.C. of course)...easy pickins'. Or maybe he has them all already?
