what this sounds like is a lawyers case. I would suggest for you to start talking to a lawyer soon.
Get a lawyer ASAP. Been there done that. since 04 had a knee injury, surgery, got better, 08 same knee, WC doc. said arthritics . Went straight to lawyer. Best thing I ever did. Will be a long wait, but you have someone fighting for you now!
YOur time is about to run out.
You need an attorney, espeically if you need surgery.
It may already be too late.
get a lawyer.
then he/she makes the calls and writes the letters and contacts the proper authorities and makes the appropriate threats...
no one extort so skillfully as a lawyer
You have to get a lawyer!
You could submit your case to http://www.selectcounsel.com/ then your case will be reviewed and one of the best lawyers in your area will be contacted to take your case at no costs to you.
You need a lawyer. We've done it both ways and with a lawyer it got somewhere. Trying to do it without, we got nothing but ended up having to pay everything ourselves just because they kept changing the rules on us and refused to receive our calls. By the time we did get a hold of them, it was past the time and we got nothing.
get a good lawyer. or try Legal Aid.. its free but try and get yourself a good one because i had one and all he did was screw up lol
