Actually, it is not uncommon for me to look foward to my homework. When I do my work I learn and I love to learn. Also I take classes that I enjoy so that makes the homework that much better...
HOW CAN I GET RATED DOWN FOR THIS????!!!!!??? GOD THAT IS SO ANNOYING
I used to enjoy English and Art homework, and occasionally history because I found them interesting. I used to love it when the English homework was to write a story.
On the other hand I remember hating stuff like science and maths because I found it really hard work and not particularly interesting- I remember one set of homework about "circumnavigating a triangle" (essentially doing a load of equations to work out at what distance to set your compass in order to be able to draw a circle connecting three corners of an equilateral triangle) I can't imagine what situation in my adult life this was supposed to relate to, but it hasn't come up yet.
It depends on the homework. If it was in a subject I enjoyed, then I usually enjoyed the homework. If I didn't enjoy the sunject then I didn't enjoy the homework.
However, those of you that complain about home work should keep something in mind. As an educator, I can tell you that I don't like grading homework. I don't know any teacher that do particularly like grading. So, the reason homework we assign is to help you learn the subject. If you didn't have homework, then you would have to do the work in school meaning more time trapped in the classroom. So, don't complain about it so much. ;-)
No, and I learned that the hard way this year. However, I'm goign to learn to like it this year
Well, only brown nosers as far as I know, because it gives them more chance to brown nose. As you get older, you hate it more
I enjoyed some homework, and I suppose I still get it now in the form of very long essays.
Long essays on stuff you don't really understand is nowhere near as enjoyable as the homework I got when I was younger.
I particularly enjoyed Art (I came top in my year, every year), RS (Religious Studies), Geography and Biology.
Yup, SOMEone does enjoy it. In fact I met a few people who have over the years. The ended up going to ivy league schools. I on the other hand find homework annoying but essential.
Teachers love homework
I only enjoy homework if it is a creative task like making a posters, poems, or presentations. (Yeah, everyone hates 'em but me.)
I don't really hate homework unless it is a ridiculous amount and the teacher doesn't take it into consideration that you have other ridiculous amounts of homework to complete in the same day.
No! I'm homeshooled, so it's all homework... and I hate it all!!!
Im ten and still at school and to be honest I HATE HOMEWORK- there are the goody good who do their homework top notch, they probably enjoy it, but I beleive everyone else hates homework.
Yes
I hate it because it keeps me off of AB.
