depending on the size and location of the object i supose i would. I mean if its easier to get to by cutting my tummy up then by all means, but if its easier and (idk) safer(?) then the "natual orifice" thing doesnt sound too bad.

As long as I'm out they could pull it out through my toes and I wouldn't care. Whatever works best I guess...

All depends. I would not want them to remove part of my intestines or bowels through my mouth. But other than that it might be ok.
