Question

Help answer this question below.

Is there anything that can be done if a new car contract is signed and the person buying has never driven or seen the car and the person no longer wants to get the truck? They were going to trade a truck but still have their original truck and title.

In Georgia, like the other 49 states, once you sign a contract it is legal and binding, assuming you're over 18. There is no 3-day "cooling off" law for auto sales. Not having seen or tested the vehicle makes no difference.

Perhaps the new owner could try to work something out with the seller. Otherwise, it's legally enforcable.

It depends on what state you are in... some have a 72 hour law where you can take it back. Others have more protection and others have less.
