I can't answer your question 100% percent, but I have a friend in Europe who once told me that anti-perspirant isn't found in Europe (at least in Belgium). She says that deodorant is the norm, and was really frustrated over here when she couldn't find just plain deodorant....everything had anti-perspirant in it. I guess it depends on the country, and the weather.
