Yes that's always a possibility. If you're concerned about it, enemas are a good way to clense yourself beforehand, as well as not eating beforehand, and using the bathroom of course. But I also say as well, for guys who get freaked or weirded out by it, or say it's gross, too bad for them because they're the ones who wanna go up there, deal with the possibilities and be mature about it.
