I am aware that Mormons are not sure whether God has a wife or not, but do Mormons think he does?

Mormon's are SURE that God has a wife. Out of respect it isn't something that is discussed casually amongst Mormons. There is an LDS Hymn http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O_My_Father that clearly states there is a "Mother-in-Heaven". Mormons believe that there has never been a Son or Daughter without a Father and a Mother. We are taught that we are literally the offspring of God created in His image. He is the Father of our Spirits, just as your mortal parents created you in their image. Mormons believe that God has a literal glorified and perfected body of flesh and bone as tangible as man's, and yes this would mean that He is married and has a glorified and perfected wife. www.mormon.org www.lds.org (search "Heavenly Mother")

The Church of Latter-day Saints recognizes the God is married; however, it is not officially stated whether he is a polygamist.

I know of no revelation that says he does. . But, I believe that God's commandments are to help us become like him. We are told that Marriage is one of his commandments. . If marriage helps us to become like him, it seems logical to conclude he is married.
