Although it takes a lot more work, it is healthier to buff up naturally. Diet can help a lot too. Extra carbs for energy, protein for muscle building, etc...

iwas never thinking of taking steroids inthe first place,
i just was curious if that fact was true.
i think steroids is just the solution to people who lack the important of patience of hardwork and dedication.
