My dad's favorite plane is the C-130. Also known as a "Herkeybird". I don't think that is spelled right but you know what I mean. LOL. That is what he worked on when he was in the Air Force back in 1968-1970.

Glider or possibly a sailplane. I like quiet and gliding:-)

The Boeing 777 (what a shocker!). The U2 is another favorite :)

I owned a Cessna 170B and a Taylorcraft BC12D. I enjoyed both. I think my favorite aircraft however would be a Cessna 180. It is fairly fast and carries a good payload. If I wanted a faster plane with less load capacity there are several that are very good including Mooney and one built in London, Ontario Canada that I cannot remember the name of.

The Boeing 727-200! Burns a bunch of fuel, but very safe, good looking, fast, and great fun to fly! Tough to land consistently very smoothly, though.
