Garlic ice cream - I tasted it once at a garlic Festival and it was awesome!! but a little goes a long way.

    --

well the question did ask for 'craziest/weirdest', not most delicious or most popular!!

    Spaghetti sorbet?

This really was on sale in Italy. I didn't try it though, and I'm not quite sure how it was like spaghetti.
I stuck to vanilla, and because I felt adventurous at the time, I had a scoop of chocolate too...

You can get sushi sorbet in Japan too.

Countries seem to make an ice cream out of one of their famous traditional dishes.
I guess America should bring out 'hamburger sorbet' and England 'Sunday roast dinner sorbet'.

    Jack Daniels Vanilla Ice Cream.

You have to show your ID to purchase it.

The only ice cream made that will give you a hangover.

I like cookie dough ice cream with sprinkles, nuts, strawberry's, pineapple chunks, butterscotch, m&ms, and sugar cone chunks. I make it myself.

In Indonesia, you get it made from the local fruits. the best is durian, but it is not for the fainthearted tourist, as the durian is the foulest smelling fruit in the world. I love it, and have long since fallen in love with the smell (which is a fermenting smell- durian has protein in it), but, for most westerners, it would be horrendous to have it in ice cream.

This is a tiny bit off topic, but I know a snow cone place near my house that used to have snow cones flavored with a mix of pickle juice and coconut. It was actualy quite good and I'm sure it would work in ice cream.
