I got a ticket for reckless driving the car would not go at a turn honk my horn 4times and i went for it well so did the other car. I got a reckless driving charge. I think he was off duty can i fight it?

u can fight any ticket some you jst have a less chance of winnig though but yeah u could fight it at a price that would probably cost more then the ticket

You can fight it, but you will probably lose, as you should. It's impatient and rude drivers like yourself that cause road rage. I would have given you a ticket for unauthorized use of your horn as well. Sometimes, like it or not, there are going to be drivers on the road that aren't as concerned about shaving 2 minutes off of their driving time as you are. Not everyone is going to be in as big of a hurry as you are. Sometimes we will encounter drivers that are not great drivers and hold us up. It can really tick you off, I know, but that's life. You just have to deal with it. It doesn't give you the right to get careless and put lives in danger. There is no point in hurrying to get somewhere if you die on the way.

well its not like i cant fight it he gave me a court date. What is this court date for? Whats my chances of getting it decreased to a infraction, i dont have the greastest driving record, but i have cleaned it up pretty good 3 yrs w/a ticket. I trying to be a driver beleive it or not.

I would fight it, if reckless is anything like it is here in CA, its 2points for SEVEN years. I personally got a lawyer ($1000) and got it dropped down to a minor infraction that the judge let me clear with traffic school.
