Man it's a tossup between Diet Mountain Dew and Diet Peach Snapple, and Ice cold Pilsner Urquell. Start the day with the first and end the day with the last.

During the week, I always have some OJ and a couple coffees in the morning, and a Diet Pepsi Jazz at lunch. But, before, and after breakfast and lunch and as my main drink for dinner? Water! I drink probably a couple quarts a day, or close to it during the week. It's helped a lot since I've been losing weight. And since I work at a call center and I'm on the phone all the time, I'm always thirsty, so, water is the best. I even drink it at dinner with Crystal Light mixed in.

A pot and a half of coffee every morning. I just cannot seem to cut down at all.

"Smartwater" with sugar free green tea. SW contains mineral electrolytes. What it doesn't contain is calories, anything artificial, caffeine. Green tea contains some caffeine. Not nearly as much as black tea. Plus antioxidants.
