It's so difficult to answer this question! I even googled to see if there were any ice cream flavours I hadn't considered... I'm not sure if that's a thoughtful thing to do or just sad...
Though there must be lots of ice cream flavours I haven't considered. I once went into an ice cream parlour in Rome, and they had over 150 flavours.
I eventually decided on vanilla, with chocolate chips. But not too many...
Vanilla's absolutely my favourite ice cream flavour, but it seemed a bit boring to call myself just vanilla, because I'm not as straightforward as vanilla ice cream is.
I'm much more complicated and surprising, so that's why I've included the chocolate chips.

Neopolitan (sp. I know) the kind with chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. The reason is; there's a basic "comfort zone" for 90+% of people with one of these three basic flavors. You may get something thrown in that you don't like; but if you're patient, chances are you'll be happy in the end. And the journey there will NEVER be boring. :)

Vanilla.. BORING?! Perhaps you didn't know, the vanilla bean is the 'fruit' of an exotic, tropical flower; an orchid, I believe. The sent of vanilla is a notable aphrodisiac. So the cream is white, but oh, the allure of those lovely little brown flecks.=)
