Post about 5 a day.

When they start to lack any real thought, and you are posting comments just to post them, its too many. Save your time for when you have a real question to ask.

In my opinion: If you ask more questions that you can manage to give attention to, meaning to take the time to go through each answer and acknowledge them, you've asked too much. My average is about one a day. Most I've asked in a day is 5 or so.

You can post as many as you wish in a day but not more than I believe it is 3/5 in 15 minutes. Preferably good questions. My average is almost zero I do not ask many questions unless they are factual questions which are not very popular.

I think you can post a limit of 20 per day. I usually post ABOUT 5-10 PER WEEK.

I have only posted 75 in the almost two years i have been here and i would say almost half of them have been flagged. I would rather answer them then ask.
