Keep them away from children until you know whether the kids think they are funny or are creeped out/frightened by them. It is astonishing how many children hate clowns, and adults have to be sensitive to the possibility.

Oh no. There are so many that don't like my alter-ego. I work as Zanna ONe-Way, the 70's Jesus Person Clown. Everyone who knows me loves me, and I am not at all scary.

I do not like clowns at all. Not even as a kid did I find them funny. Most of the times they freaked me out. I didn't want them getting close to me. There has only been one clown I liked named Chucko the Clown, way back in the late 50s, early 60s. Might have been local in L.A.

Clowns make me very sad, I know they may have the most horrible personal problems but the show must go on and they have to make people laugh, though their souls might be in agony. Regards.

i hate clowns one of my biggest fears 4rm when i was 2!!!! i guess coz a stupid woman forced me 2 watch the movie IT when i was 2?? still i feel no one can ever be so happy!!! and all the time!! there is something really evil behind that happy smile!! i freak out when they come near me!!

After seeing the Stephen king film "it" It gave me a whole different perspective on how view clowns as, before I used to think they were old men dressed all colorful with face paint and now I view them as Intimidating but no sense of fear from them.

Scary stuff man O.O =SSS all that make up and that fake smile they always carry on them, and you never know who or what they are inside.. i mean they could be a kidnapper and you wouldn't know. They could be the dirtiest man around just in need of money and you wouldn't know =S. That's the reason I REALLY dislike them... scary stuff!
