Why do non-Mormons keep on suggesting that Mormons do not eat tinned food. True, Joseph Smith didn't eat timmed food, but then again, there wasn't much tinned food around when he was with us.

• Joseph Smith was an earlier version of David Koresh. Left unfettered, his ideas were allowed to permeate the minds of those around him. Ultimately, after a period of time many people were caught up in his teachings.

  I don't like the term "anti" either because when you get down to it that term is meaningless without something tagged on the end. However anti-mormon or anti-mormonist are great discriptive terms for antagonists of the latterday saint faith. It's not a bad word, if someone is against something they are anti-something. I for example am anti-slavery I'm also an anti-monarchist (and I'm not talking butterflies) I would never find these terms applied to me as offensive. Because I truly am opposed to kings and slavery.

• I also don't like the word cult because it is completely useless it has atleast 6 unrelated meanings and none of those ever quite fit what people use it for. Cult is one of those words that is never defined but always should be, and leads to confusion.
