nope...it actually only takes about 45 mi. -1 hr. and you go through this stage of sleep 6-8 times a night

Well, I guess I am an oddball...I have went to bed, gone to sleep, had a nightmare and got up, scared but feeling fairly refreshed after....5 min! I know because my hubby tells meas soon as I come out of the bedroom
It only takes a baby about 15 mins. My son is almost 2 now and it takes him about 20 mins. I know this because I can't leave his room until he is sleeping deeply.
