that happens to me too :( Theres pain n swelling n it feels like its gunna fall out? Thats wat happes to me anyways. The doctor says its normal but i don't agree. If u find out more info let me knw.

It is normal. If you want to "tighten up", do Kegal exercises. The easiest way to do them is to stop peeing mid stream and hold it. This will strengthen your vaginal muscles.
