  • I no authority, but those things usually follow you from State to state. You need to check with TN. And, are you in possession of the license? If not, You won't get it back until the 6 months is up. Just my opinion.
  • Yes, I still have posession of my license. I also thought that they would take it from me. Especially since they gave me a letter stating that I could drive to and from work.
  • No. the order of the court in Ohio will be honored in Tennessee. If you are stopped for a traffic violation, you will be arrested.
  • I got my license suspended in North Carolina. When I bought a car in New york I had to pay off the fines in NC and get the suspension lifted before I could renew my license in NY. (it was a new york license that was suspended in North carolina). Not sure about the laws in Tn or OH but I think its pretty much the same.

  • I would check with the Secretary of State in both states because there could be reciprocity.
