I am a person who eats literally everything and will try anything at least once, but I really hate tofu. So the answer is no.

I do. I like extra firm tofu if it's fried in olive oil and soy sauce. It actually tastes good [to me]. However the silken or medium texture tofu I find disgusting.

Since I've read up on the origins of soy and its surge to popularity in the eighties and all the health problems associated with it...I don't eat or otherwise consume soy of any kind if I can avoid it.

Yes, it actually takes on the flavor of whatever you're cooking. A good thing since it tastes like NOTHING on it's own.

I often use tofu, different types of tofu, soft, firm, pressed, smoked, marinated, since we cook a lot of Asian type dishes.
