  • First of all check to make sure that the lock switch is not in the locked position. Second, try plugging the iPod into your computer. Does its display come on and/or does your computer recognize that the iPod is plugged in? If plugging in the iPod does not get a reaction then you may have to reset it. How you do this depends on the type of iPod you have. So, go to http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=61705 for instruction on how to reset your iPod. If this does not work, then follow the link near the bottom of that page for more advice. Finally, it's iPod, not Ipod.
  • here's how to do it- ~ turn the "hold" button on and off. ~ press the "menu" and "center" button for 10 seconds at the same time i hope it works!
  • turn on and off the hold button then press and hold the center and menu button simultanously for 10 seconds, that should do it
