You are going the speed limit on the interstate. A speeding car rams you from behind. Could this turn into road rage?

    Of course it could. The guy who was speeding could get mad and blame the victim for getting in his way or the person who was hit could get mad about being hit. Of course the rage would really do very little to help resolve the situation, but it could happen in this scenario. That of course does not mean that it will, but it could.
