it is up to you. if you do not mind the grey hairs then dye them. it can be good or not so good. a deficiency of B12 can cause the grey hair. but so can stress and children.

Leave them as is. Clipping them might not help as they can come back.

I'd dye them myself. Only my opinion but I think women look better without the gray. Men on the other hand look sexy to me with it.
