With programs like "Mystery Diagnosis" and "Diagnosis X" that make most doctors seem incompetent, does it seem to you that doctors are actually having a more difficult time diagnosing illnesses lately?

Doctors aren't having a more difficult time diagnosing illness, the problem has always existed. However, through the passing of time, whereby once the doctor demanded the ultimate respect, now, they dont. The media has begun to undermine the publics faith in the medical profession by showing their viewing public all the mistakes doctors make. However, on the flipside of that, many doctors have gone unchecked for years because of this kind of belief that they are infallible. We are not infallible, we all make mistakes, and the types and classifications of virus, bacterias and diseases in general increase faster that vaccines can be created for them.

They can't diagnose anything..If a test shows something they still tell you to come back in amonth to see if its still there. I don't think there is a dr in the US that could tell you anything withou an expensive test. I do think if you're a man, the Dr. listens to you. Not if you're a woman, they think its depression, hormones, emotions etc..Drs. are getting out of med school a bunch of idiots, that's my opinion.
