Here is my surrealist answer poem:

When the earth shakes off her burden
Is it an earthquake or the the dance of naked mountain
Or even all space is motionless instead of our
Trembling skeleton, are you the meteor
    Made this situation,
    Yes?

I have a 100 gal. I only have about 10 fish in it. The tank stays very clean. With that many fish in a 55 gal your asking for alot of work. I was told you should only put 1 saltwater fish, per 3.50 to 4.00 gal of water. You would be at 1 per 4.23. Thats close, with that many it may cause stress to some of the fish. Angel fish are very easy stressed. If you want to keep alot of fish in a 55. You should stay with small ones. If it was me with the 55. I would keep the angel,foxface,2 clowns, and buy a yellow tang.

if you have seven damsels, one foxface and one angel, that means you have four clowns. without an anemone the emperors might, and I stress the word might, be enough biological filtration. (if the filters are well maintained). if you add an anemone, one or two of the clowns will undoubtedly host it, scare everyone else to one side of the tank,(leaving 27 1/2 gallons for 12 fish) and stress the tank out like crazy. always remember that a fishes natural response to aggression in nature is to swim away.(the one thing he can't do in an aquarium). the only way to compensate for this is hiding places. with that many fish, and different fish, you need a reef structure.(lots a hiding places). all of that said, 13 saltwater fish like the ones you named belong in a 150 gallon. no less. don't forget your foxface is gonna get 10" long!!
