Is there any home remedy that I can use to temporarily stop my period?

    There are herbs that CAN alter the reproductive system, although it is not wise to mess with it as hormonal activity is sensitive and you can end up with further problems. Some are false unicorn, cramp bark or dandelion. However, they aren't garaunteed and you want to be very, very careful. If you want to slow bleeding down, cut out refined sugar and dairy for at least a month beforehand.

    A friend once told me to drink like a glass of Coke mixed with lemmons. it has to do with acid, you drink it and it alters your normal body acid, making your period stop for a few hours.

    I heard that the more you physically exercise the ligher and less often you have your period. I teach gymnastics and do lots of fitness and toning. My period only comes about every month and a half to 2 months depending on how much excercise I have done that month.

    i am serious i was going to have sex like within a hour i used some applecider vinger and distilled water and i still havent gotten my period yet its like 2 days over due im getting nervous now i keep sticking a q tip up there and still dont see anything and as before i douched i was light spotting i hope i didnt do nothing wrong i hope it hurry up cause the weekend is coimg
