Has anybody bought a brand new item on eBay and found out that it was new, but manufactured wrong or has wrong part numbers molded into it ? It seems to be a new trend. My factory scrapped things like this.

Factory seconds are big business these days. Just take a trip through Wal-Mart's electronics department. While I am a regular e-bay user, if I'm gonna buy new, I buy local.

I bought 4 NGK glow plugs for Ford escort, should have been 12v but were 6v. Then i bought a couple 92" belts for lawn mower, they were actually 92" but were molded 90"
