You have more chance than he does...Lie with your legs up in the air... Good Luck..
Don't worry about the sperm apparently "leaking out" Most of this is seminal fluid, and it is naturaly for the woman's body to eject this some minutes after intercourse. In those minutes the actual sperm, the wigglers, will have set off on their journey towards the ovum - if it is there. And they are perfectly capable of swimming against the tide - it is what they are designed for.
One year is not an awfully long time to be trying. And, as the previous respondent said, worrying can be counter productive. Enjoy a happy and busy sex life, and leave your body to sort out the conception bit on its own. Make sure you have plenty of orgasms - that significantly increases fertility.
stand on your head with a pillow and let him do you
I know someone who had a difficult time getting pregnant because they had a tipped uterus and their partners sperm leaked out too quickly. Try lifting your legs or propping yourself up under your lower back to hold the sperm in longer, this is what her doctor recommended (oh and we've been trying for a year too so i share in your worry and frustration)
The trick to getting pregnant, and i have said this to many women trying, is....stop trying!
If you stress or even think about getting pregnant often, chances are it will take forever.
It will be hard but try not to think about it, let nature take it's course. Just stop trying for about 2 months, but still have your normal sex routine... just make sure you don't say to yourself, "I hope this is it!"
If you want the sperm to stop leaking out, he should try to stay in you longer before pulling out.
i'm predicting a baby within 4-5 months. It will be a girl!

You're reading My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. It seems sometimes that when he ejaculates and pulls out his sperm leaks out of me. Is there something we can do to help or prevent this from happening?
