I live in a condo with an assigned parking space. My neighbor's kids draw all over my space with chalk and it drives me crazy! I've complained to the HOA board but they break half the rules themselves and don't enforce anything. What can I

    Get over it!! Its just chalk, its not like their painting your car. It washes away with water. Their kids, leave them alone you grouch.

    Yes, they're renters who don't care. They let their kids run wild like the parking lot is the neighborhood playground...ugghhh When I told the president of the HOA board that it was bringing down the value of my condo, she said, "the kids have to have something to do."
