An IQ score of 133 means that you are in the 97.5% of people your age. By the way, it's not possible to reach the 100th percentile, because you can't outdo yourself. Also, one thing I should mention...make sure that this IQ is from a real IQ testing site that gives you a real IQ score. There are some sites like tickle that will pump up your IQ score in order to suck up to you so that you will buy some of the items they are trying to sell.

All legitimate IQ tests are normalized so that 100 is the meaan but the distribution is not: that is 1 standard deviation above the mean will give you a different # on different tests. 133 is well above average but you need to read the test literature to find out what percentile you are in.
