about 1 hour before you go to bed open your window and switch the light of (light a small candel first. then make yourself comfotable. and relax with your legs crossed on the floor and meditate for a while, taking in deep breaths and realising them again.when you want to come out of the meditating state slowly return your breathing to normal. then open your eyes in the dark and just chill for a moment or two. incence sticks also help, lavender to help you relax and sleep better and eguptian musk to release tence muscles and calm you down. it worked for me, so there you go:) let me ken if this works.
