  • If you floor it, what happens? This could be a torque convertor problem in the worst of circumstances but not likely. Take a 5lbs sledge or a hammer and lightly hit your brake drums. This should dislodge the brakes if they are seized. I had this problem where a neon that sat for a week with the e-brake on had one drum seized to the brake shoe. A light tap with a hammer freed it. Try giving it a bit more gas but be fast with the brake. If the brakes are seized, if it loosens during you flooring it it will want to go big time. Be ready. The other option is calling CAA (or AAA in the US) and have a tow truck driver have a look at it. Good luck, Hope this helps
  • Thanks! "A light tap" on drum "with a hammer" worked.
  • When you hit the gas does it make any sound or gives any error
