Wow! Are both times in bed (morning also)? Use fingers or toys or both (depending on your mood). Any particular things you think about during those times that always works for ya?

usually in bed both times. once in a while in the shower in the morning. if i use a toy its a vib at night but i love doing it with my fingers. i just think about the pleasure that goes rolling through my body. some times i wake up from a very exciting dream wet before i play with my self which helps allot.
