That would depend on the felony.
Contact the office of Probation and Parole where it is highly likely there is a program at state level which gives tax breaks and other "kudos" to employers who hire ex-offenders/paroles/ex-convicts.
Of course do not expect to get a job as a gun carrying security officer - your felony record will exclude you from the right to bear arms.
Also the nature of your crime will have an impact. If for instance you worked at a bank and you stole from that bank - do not expect to get another bank job.
