Help answer this question below.
By standing up and running in place while I'm doing my ABing.
Running.
Seriously, the improvements you'll see in a matter of weeks is amazing. I started running a few months ago and couldn't run farther than half of a mile. A couple of weeks ago I ran 7 miles because I just felt good.
There are a lot of great side effects, too. You unconciously start eating healthier, drinking more liquids, feeling less tired, and even happier. Besides, you get some really great looking legs.
Just get up and move.
I don't know if there is a way to improve your stamina quickly. I'd say you just have to push yourself more. GNC sells this stuff called Gakic. It supposedly adds oxygen to your blood. It helps you get through your workouts faster. I'm not an expert in suppliments.
If you want to maximize your circulation I'd recommend increasing your garlic (not as a supplement but as seasoning) intake and taking lecithin.
IIRC according to Prevention magazine lecithin reduces the meltng point of cholesterol (as arterial plaque) from 212º to 86º.
I've been taking lecithin for about 30 years and my bad cholesterol level was 140 (when less than 200 was considered healthy).
I've heard that the most effective cardiovascular excercises are cross country skiing and swimming. Both are very low impact so you don't have to worry as much about joint problems.
runnig and sprinting wearing one of them suits that make you sweat ( dont know the proper name)

Just put your keyboard on a box to raise it up. My laptop is very handy, the laptop stand is adjustable to any height, or I can put in on the kitchen counter.
