Help answer this question below.

My desktop size is 1200x800. When I make a picture my wallpaper of the EXACT same size, it puts black bars on the end to fill it up, as it appears that the picture isn't the same size. How can I make it fit the whole desktop?

    right click on your desktop - go to properties - go to the tab desktop - select postition (strech) - I think it should work.
