Most historians believe the brutal post-war sanctions placed upon the countries of the Central Powers, which included the occupation and de-industrialization of the Ruhr Valley, and the extreme economic austerity which that caused, resulted in the popularity of the National Socialist Workers Party under the leadership of Adolf Hitler.
Lesson learned. After WWII, there was a great effort to reconstruct the vanquished countries of the Axis Powers through the Marshall Plan, making allies of former enemies.
Two things they could have done would be to 1) repudiate all treaties requiring countries to go to each other's aid by law, and 2) write off the damages caused by WWI instead of trying to make a broken and poverty stricken nation pay for a war that was really not strictly their fault. The Marshal Plan came along way too late.
to end al war is impossible as intelligent as we are were still animals and av the the same killer instincs although they lay dorment in most people now thats not an excuse for killing but its the reason why there will never be an end to war
