Well with tights you cant see the crotch area of the woman. Though short tights that goto the knee are sexy in my opinion.

I can only speak for myself on this issue. When I see a woman wearing what appears to be tights, I know that she is fully covered up underneath that sexy little dress. If I see stockings and garters (what we yanks call suspenders), my fertile imagination immediately assumes that there are no panties between me and that most lucious of all forbidden places. Not that I particularly want a woman to have no panties on, but just thinking that she might, makes for some titillating thoughts. I could be wrong 100% of the time, but it doesn't make me stop imagining it :-)

I find pantyhose much sexier and seductive than stockings. I like both but my bofriend and I both prefer sheer smooth pantyhose. it is also very erotic feeling eachother through them. he love my legs and my hips and especially my ass in them. it also feels so good when we have our legs wrapped around eachother and rub up against eachother through them.

I have constantly tried to get my girlfriend to wear stockings. She did once or twice, I couldnt keep my hands off her, now she just wears tights. I have explained how much I prefer them. I have bought her 100 pairs of stockings, but wont wear them. but now I am forced to look elsewhere for a sexual partner, frustrating as hell.

Stockings are okay if they're to be worn while engaging in sexual activity. Tights are better for wearing out in public. I personally prefer pantyhose and tights on me or a woman, as I like the shaping and smoothing... whether it is seeing a woman in them, or myself.
