I have a 1999 Toyota Camry, 4 cylinder engine. The radiator isnt that old, maybe a yr. It is over heating. Why could that be?

I'd go with the voltage regulator. Hard to know if the alternator has a built-in regulator. If that's the case I'd guess a wiring problem. Looks like I-points!
