  • Infatuation is a key ingredient in love. It is the attraction one feels towards another. That person doesn't necessarily have to be attractive but when one sees that person, there is a feeling which, when shared, can blossom into real love.

There's nothing logical about it at all.

When a person only likes another person for how that person makes the first person feel.

    Example:

Natalie is obsessed with Josiah because of how he makes her feel. She gets butterflies in her tummy whenever she seems him. She is emotionally attached to him. She has an idea of him in her mind that she loves. She finds out he is not who she thought he was and then she falls apart. Her expectations were too high, and that is why she's disappointed. She made an image in her mind of who he was, which was a complete mistake. She seemed to have forgotten that he is not perfect. He is a human being as well. She liked him for how he made her feel. She liked the idea she had of him in her mind. She did not like him for him.

    Does this make sense?
