If the "art" consists of the injury/torture/death of a living creature, animal or human...it is not art. It simply is a sadistic maniac documenting his depravity.
How would he like if someone did that to him? Would he do that to a human? Or does he simply think animals are disposable?
Anyone can tell your grandmother to f--k-off, but is it really art?
I won't look at it but inflicting torture and pain on a living being without their consent is not art. If he wants to do it to himself that may be a different story tho.
I think this bastard whoever did that to the Dog needs to be put away and should not be aloowed to have any more pets! It upset me very much
I support the picture. It's called the 1st amendment.
Should controversial art be prohibited from public display?

You're reading Chocolate monster posted a ? here about a tied up dog dying being art http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/2612789 . I think this is disgusting..but at what point to do consider something as art and something as shock value? What is the cut off?

One also has to wonder if he thinks that all life (human and otherwise) is disposable. I find it disturbing that he did it..and also disturbing that people watched it:(

They are probably the same people who enjoy watching gruesome horror movies. Why, pray tell, do people find those kinds of movies enjoyable? I like suspense and thrillers (give me a good Hitchcock movie any day). Perhaps watching a lot of gore de-sensitises them? Who knows...I find it sickening that anyone enjoys blood, guts, torture and murder.

There is simple nothing to say. It's digusting. I wouldn't want to know anyone who appreciated that as 'art'.

Me neither...and, if I never mentioned it before, my 1st degree was in graphic art. I was an art student and took art appeciation as one of my courses. Nothing could make me appreciate sick garbage like this!
